What programs do you use?

• For animation I generally use Krita or ToonBoom harmony 20
• For art I use Krita, CSP or Adobe Photoshop CC 2019, depending on brushes and features I need to get work done
• For editing I use Adobe After Effects CC 2019

What brushes do you use?

I'd gladly shared my Krita brushes but I haven't figured out good way to export them. You can contact me in discord (Osinka#2923) if you want settings of specific brush

Terms of Service

Before commissioning me, please read these through! I am happy to answer any questions or work through issues should they arise. By commissioning me, you agree to the terms below.
You must be able to communicate through discord, deviantart or email.

Will draw: humans, most animals, anthro, fanart, slight gore
Will not draw: themes I deem uncomfortable to me and offensive content, NSFW, suggestive themes, heavy goreI have not yet drawn machine-based or dragons characters, but would be completely down to doing so.

Form

Just copy, paste it and fill in the brackets when contacting me

  • Type of commission: [The type of commission you want ]

  • References: [Pictures or links, this isn’t necessary for design commissions]

  • Preferred pose: [ Your preferred pose / expression if you have any]

  • Method of payment: [ Your paypal email and social media name, include the platform where you contacted me too (insta,DA,etc.)]

  • Extra info: [This is optional, details of your character that aren’t seen in the references a personality description if you want]

Payment

  • Prices are in USD using Paypal. I do not take crypto.

  • Payment is taken up front for commissions under $80. For larger commissions, half is required up front, and half upon completion.

  • There are upcharges for character design complexity, rush fees, and corrections done after the sketch stage (that are not minor, or simple additions).

  • After sketches are approved, full refunds will not be given if cancelled on your end.

  • If you request a refund at any point in time, you may not use the artwork for any reason. This includes uploading it to toyhou.se or another website.

  • Changes after completion will require a small fee unless it was my mistake. I'm happy to correct any mistakes along the way, and any major changes can happen before completion without cost.

  • If you need your art done quickly, a rush fee of +50% can be applied

Distribution

  • Upon completion, you will receive the full resolution file. If applicable, both a transparent and color background version will be provided.

  • Your characters will not be used for my profit (prints, digital sales, etc.) unless discussed beforehand (typically only for experimental commissions).

  • You may not create a profit from my art. Feel free to print and distribute your commission to your heart's content, but please do not sell my work as prints, digital sales, or otherwise turn a profit from my work. If you are looking for a commercial commission such as badges, pins, etc. or promotional material, please email me so we can discuss this!

  • You may use my work as your icon, header, badge, etc. anywhere you please as long as there is credit somewhere!

  • You may also repost to social media with credit!

  • I reserve the right to distribute the commission through my social media, youtube, or use as an example for future commissioners.
